Provenance

The basics

1:Will act with Honour, Honesty, and Respect.

2:Will attempt to read the website at least weekly.

3:Will use a valid email address in their profile.

4:Will keep character profiles updated using the DKPProfiler program. Anyone that has not logged into the website or onto their character(s) in game in over 21 days without prior notice to a moderator may be removed from the guild.

5:Will not use derogatory, offensive, vulgar, or discriminatory language in any communication channel(public, guild, group, raid, whisper, ventrilo).

6:Will not sell items/CDs/crafting to guild members. We share items with fellow members. Mats can be requested, but NEVER SELL an item that was crafted for you in the AH without prior agreement with the crafter.

7:Will not ninja loot.

8:Will always put the Provenance RAIDS before any other PUG runs. Permission to run content that Provenance is currently running is required from a Raid Leader prior.

9:Will not ditch groups without first explaining why they are leaving. Doing this makes the Guild look bad as a whole.

10:Will not argue, debate or question management during raids. Take it afterwards with an Officer.

11:Will not allow others to use their accounts during raids.

12:If you leave the guild you may only regain entry via a new application that carries unanimous Officer support.

- Wait List members must remain online for the raid duration to be eligible for raid assigned DKP.

- If you are signed up & approved for an event, you are expected to attend. No Shows will be fined -75DKP

- Raid Invites go out 30 mins prior to start time. By signing up you acknowledge this and unless noted otherwise, you are expected to be on-line on time. Late starters may lose their spot to others on the waiting list and will be fined -15 DKP minimum and up to the above -75 DKP max as noted above.

- Raid Formation Delay -50DKP. Whilst we play this game for enjoyment, you must appreciate other people are relying on you to do the right thing. If you keep the raid waiting for an extended period that without prior permission obtained from the raid leader, you may be fined -50 DKP.

- Raid Leaders / Guild Officers will always by first means attempt to diffuse any confrontation by amicable means. However it remains the Councillor’s sole discretion should any behaviour deemed unruly or in breach of standard operating rules may result in a substantial 100DKP fine &/or removal / suspension from raids.

Order of Bidding/Rolling on Items.:

Before we roll or bid on any item, we'll use class priority. Following class priority we'll send the item to offspecs, and if nobody wants the item we'll melt it for guild bank.

Where there is an item that two people are after that have equal right to the item, eg. Resto Druid and Resto Shaman rolling on Forestlord StridersRefresh This Item the toon who is a leather wearer will be the primary roller. That is, because the Shaman can wear mail, and the druid only leather, the druid gets first priority over the item.

Bid / Roll Order

1. Primary Main Spec Bids ~ Primary Armor/Secondary Armor

2. Member Offset Rolls, Non-Raiders ,Trial Members & Negative DKP Members

3. Members / Raiders who have not met min.2 progression night raids i.e Wed/Thurs/Monday for 25 man ToC/ToGC raids in the previous raid week will be ineligible for Trophy of the Crusader bids for the duration of that current raiding week.

Spending your dkp

Tank Priority - 100DKP/25man , 75DKP/10man. As standard tank loot items are fairly obvious this really only applies to shared Tier Token pieces. This priority call only applies up to 2 tier pieces i.e once a tank is wearing 2 tier pieces he/she can no longer call for priority.

How to Bid
A designated loot master will be assigned prior to raid commencement. In most cases it will be either Adelwenn , Tyrus or Galadrind. Assuming it is Galadrind and you wanted to make a bid this is how it would work.

Send a tell to Galadrind using the following syntax:
!bid amount of bid

To be clearer if you wanted to spend 30 dkp points then the syntax would look as such:
!bid 30

How to Roll
Sometimes people will not be willing to spend extra DKP points and in these cases the system reverts to a rolling system. To roll with the dkp system use the following syntax:
/random 100

How to find out how many points you have send a tell to the designated loot master using the following syntax
!dkp

Raiding Rules

1. Sign up's via RAID Calendar are MANDATORY! All persons that wish to come on a raid must sign up on the website calendar for that particular raid. Invites will not be sent out to guild members that did not sign up, whether you are online and ready or not. Signing up as not being able to attend COUNTS as signing up, should you find later you can make it. (So sign up one way or another)

2. The listed Raid Leader for the raid should have approved, declined, or placed people on the wait list approximately two hours prior to calendar time. Group setup may change until then (with regards to the criteria below) but if you are approved after that you will most likely be going. Signups close two hours prior to commencement.

3. Approvals will be based on the following order of requirement:
1. Classes & gear needed to down boss.
2. Raiders
3. Members
4. Initiates

3. Invites start 30min prior to start time for the raid on the Calendar.

4. Members signed up and marked as Approved are to be online no later than 30min prior to start time. Otherwise, those on the waiting list will be invited to fill the slot.
Nobody will be asked to leave the raid to switch out with someone marked approved if they were late without prior notice/approval, nor expected to switch, whether it's a guild member or non-guild member, guild officer or not. Only exception is if a Class/Role is needed over another

5. It is at the Raid Leaders discretion whether to hold the slot open or not for LATE tags.

6. If you are on the Wait List you are expected to be online and ready to go , just as if you were approved! However, if the raid is full and you did not get in you do not have stay at the instance waiting but expected to be available at a moments notice. If you are on an alt, make sure the raid leader or assistants know who you are playing.

10. Should openings occur during the course of the raid, invites go out first to guild members on the wait list that are still online, then open invites to guild members in game, but not on the wait list, and finally open calls to non-guild members. (It will normally be same class substitutions)

Disciplinary action.

Breaking of these expected behaviours can result in being banned from raiding for a set amount of time to being removed from the guild. It's not drama anyone wants to deal with! We all want to play the game and have fun. But when it comes to raiding you must be considerate of others, it is not about the individual when raiding, it's about the TEAM!

Once an offender has been brought to the attention of Officers they will make a decision on the case during the next meeting. The guidelines are this.
1. 1st Offence: Warning.
2. 2nd Offence: 2nd Warning & Demotion.
3. 3rd Offence: 3rd Warning & Exemption for Raiding for 1 week.
4. 4th Offence: Guild Kick.

If you are found to be not following Guild rules during RAIDS, the following immediate action can be taken.
1. You can be suicided.
2. You can be kicked from RAID.

What you can expect from your Officers or your Raid Leaders:
1. Consistent and Fair enforcement of policy and procedures
2. Respectfulness, Helpfulness, and Friendliness
3. Clear Loot Rules
4. A quality led Raid with quality players
